Is nutrition worth considering? Do we really need to supplement? Doesn't the food we eat provide everything the body requires? In the United Kingdom i am led to believe that during the many years of training that students undertake at medical school before qualifying to become a Doctor they only receive half a day devoted to Nutrition Why can this be. Every nutritious meal that you enjoy should contain up to 90 Vitamins, Minerals and trace elements. Without having these in proper proportions then the human body will go into decline and you will suffer DIS-ease.
