Foot Baths can add to your toxic problems. Be afraid, of what is in the water
If you use a Foot Baths at home or in a spa be aware of the chemicals that most likely are in the water. Now i know it may seem strange to you but are you aware that chemicals are used in detox treatments in spas In fact some of the spa therapists who work in spas have skin problems, food intolerances or even worse health problems I would like you to conduct a little experiment. Rub some raw garlic on the sole of you foot. After 15 mins have someone smell you breath. They will be able to smell it. In fact you should be able to smell it yourself! One of the ingredients used in the water is sodium lauryl sulphate. This is a chemical used to de-grease car engines. That is only one, of the many chemicals used in the health industry. In fact many will use Parabens as preservatives for the cocktail. Parabens slow down the rate of cell renewal and can damage internal organs in fact they do not leave the body as autopsies have shown how they accumulate. The whole cocktail of chemicals used to create a designer body moisturizer can amount to 2,000 synthetic chemicals. So bearing in mind that the skin will absorb about 60% of everything that you put on it, scrutinize very carefully what you soak your feet in. You may even be absorbing Propylene glycol, a thermoplastic derived from petroleum waste. If you are in doubt look to see if there is a use-by-date which is a big give away as natural oils and ingredients should last with proper storage for years. Cheap mass produced oils and some of the cheapest oils to produce are citrus and pinus are an indication that you do not have a quality product to foot. Use Foot Baths to sooth those weary feet but be wary of additives and if you want a real detox. Go for a good long walk
